Jelly roll race, monochromatic

Here is a quilt I made a couple of years ago for my daughter. It is basically a Jellyroll-race with inserted squares of rainbow coloured solids. For this quilt I collected green fabrics for quite a while and cut 2.5 inch strips from myself. I added the solid colour squares and sewed it together jelly roll race-style.
To fit the desried size and to brighten things up, I added a square-in square border.

This was the my second attempt at freemotion quilting, and the pattern is a loop-di-loop with hearts every third "loop".
The back is a yellow "moomin" fabric from the thrift store.

This bedspread has now been updated my a pinky-pink princess quilt.
